Welcome to the anniversary blog hop of High Hopes Rubber Stamps. I am very honoured that the lovely Lacey asked me to join. The stamps of High Hopes have been my very first "cute" love, and they inspired me for everything I am doing now! Thank you!
If you came to my blog from Karen, then you are following the hop correctly. If not, you can start the hop on the High Hopes Blog - there are lots of prizes to be won!!
------------------------------------------------------------------
I always loved that there are always matching sentiments for the cute High Hopes stamps.
My card for today's anniversary features Whitby Whale. I coloured him with Twinkling H2Os (Ice Blue, True Blue, Rich Cobalt, Poppy Red for cheeks) and put a lot of crystal effects (glaze) over him. I stamped Whitby 2 more times and coloured the two images just quickly. I wanted to do a 3D effect and you won't see too much of the colouration of the below images.
I did the background of the punched out shape with pastels.
Guess what I used to create the wavy border on the top of my card - Whiff of Joy's new "Curly Hearts" border die. They came out perfect for my needs :) Love how versatile those border dies can be used!!
Now it is time to continue the Blog Hop on Kimmies Blog - have fun!
