Whiff of Joy Guest Designer Spotlight - Barbara Sproat

"This is Barbara with a big “Howdy” from Texas! I’m thrilled to be here and to share my creations and ideas with everyone! I've been into arts and crafts sense I could run with scissors and my main hobby is scrapbooking. However, I've been making cards for over eight years and my hobby room is overflowing. (Don’t worry, I’m sure I can fit more!) I recently discovered Copic markers and was thrilled at being able to combine two more enjoyable interests of mine - coloring and stamping.

Random facts about me: I also love to draw, read, take naps and play with toys – I’m just a kid at heart. :-D I'm a night owl and make most of my cards after everyone goes to bed. As for the rest of the day, like most of us, I'm a headless chicken. Owls and chickens – ‘who’ knew they’d go so well together!

I live by the motto “A stamp a day keeps the stress away” and I look

"Hallo und "Howdy" aus Textas. Mein Name ist Barbara und ich bin begeistert dabei sein zu dürfen und meine Werke mit euch allen teilen zu können. Ich liebe das Basteln und Kunst seit ich alt genug war um mit einer Schere herumlaufen zu können und mein Haupthobby ist das Scrapbooking. Trotzdem bastle ich schon seit 8 Jahren Karten und mein Bastelraum geht wahrlich über (Aber macht euch keine Sorgen, es paßt immer noch ein bisschen mehr hinein :) Vor Kurzem bin ich auf Copic Markers aufmerksam geworden. Dadurch konnte ich 2 weitere Leidenschaften von mir kombinieren - das Stempeln und das Colorieren.

Ein paar Daten über mich: Ich liebe es zu Zeichnen, Lesen, ein Nickerchen zu halten und mit meinen Spielsachen zu spielen - ich in in meinem Herzen einfach ein Kind geblieben :) Ich bin eine Nachteule und bastle die meisten meiner Karten nachdem alle anderen im Bett sind.

Ich lebe nach dem Motto "1x Stempeln pro Tag hält den Stress fern" und ich freue mich riesig zusammen mit dem fantastischen Team von Whiff of Joy kreativ sein zu dürfen!".
